This document contains all the essential legal information that the adviser (intermediary) must disclose to prospective customers. This document must be used to decide if our services are right for you.

Regulation & Permissions

We are regulated to act as independent intermediaries under a mandate from the customer. We are not subject to a contractual obligation to work exclusively with any single credit institution. Our permissions are granted by the French industry regulator; ORIAS, under the following classification;

What you will have to pay us for this service?

The remuneration shall be fixed by the subsequent issuing of the brokerage contract. It is defined according to two elements:

1) Remuneration by the banking establishment
2) Remuneration by the customer

Please note, that in application of article L 519-6 of the monetary and financial code, "It is forbidden to any person or entity which provides its assistance, in whatever title and in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, to obtain or to the granting of a loan of money, to collect a sum representing allowance, commissions, costs of research, approaches, of constitution for folder or through any, before the actual payment of funds lent. He is also prohibited, before the release of funds and of a copy of the notice, to submit to the acceptance of the borrower of letters of exchange, or to subscribe the promissory notes, in recovering the cost of through or of committees".

We inform you that the subscription of the credit contract is likely to have serious consequences on your financial situation and on your property given as security where appropriate in warranty. In the case of unpaid debts requested(s) you could be liable in respect of the credit institution for the capital outstanding plus interest for late payment as well as a compensation.
